Fees & Application for the Spring Music Weekend

A weekend tuition fee of $200 ($175 Early Bird Tuition Rate until February 15th) covers all program events including the evening concert, sessions and 8 hours of instruction in classes and workshops. Partial weekend tuition options are also available. For partial weekend fees, see the application form.
The Friday afternoon class is an additional $50 for full-weekend students.

Tuition Scholarship Opportunities

Two $100 performance scholarships are available to advanced students who are willing to come early and perform in a school, hospital or nursing home to expand the reach of the festival. For those wishing to apply for a scholarship, please submit a brief biography, a description of your playing interests, and a short demo tape of your playing. This does not have to be studio quality, it just assures us that we are sending out someone who can play to represent the festival! A good photo is also very useful.

A $50 scholarship is offered for students offering a useful mini-class.

Housing Scholarship Opportunities

We have a few housing scholarships available in the homes of local residents who are friends of the festival. Scholars work several hours during the festival in the areas of registration, room set up and clean up, concert box office and fest store. No classes need be missed.

Scholarship decisions will be made by February 20. We are seeking donations for the scholarship fund, if you’d like to make a tax-deductible contribution, please enclose or contact the festival office! Thank You!


If you cancel by February 15, we can refund all but your deposit. If you cancel later we will keep the entire tuition. Phone cancellations must be followed by written notice of cancellation. Students canceling after March 1 due to unavoidable circumstances may send written documentation of their reason for canceling and request a partial tuition refund. These refund requests will be considered by our board following the end of the program.

To appy with paypal, copy the form into an email, fill it out and I can invoice you on PayPal or send you an email with the correct amount to pay, if you wish to have us have the "full amount" without fees.
