12:00-1:00 Arrival and Check In at Shepherd Spring

Registration in the Lodge. Classrooms open at 12 noon.

1:00-4:30 pm Friday Afternoon Classes

5:00-6:00 pm Dinner

6:00-7:00 Student-led mini classes or Jams.

7:30 pm Showcase Concert featuring festival staff and special guest, Pieter Blondelle.

Registration from 7:00-7:30pm.

9:30-til Bedtime: Jamming…

Slow Jam Appalachian style for the first hour, then 2-3 jams in various locations.

9:00-10:00 am Saturday Registration in Lodge atrium

9:30-11:45 am Saturday Morning Classes

12:00-1:00 pm Lunch

1:15-3:30 pm Saturday Afternoon Classes

4:00-4:50 pm Mini Classes and Jams

5:00-6pm Dinner

6:15-7:15 pm Featured Weekend Tune taught by Pieter Blondelle

7:30 pm Student Open Mike

8:30pm on Jamming and possible Balfolk Party

8:30-9:30 Slow Jam of “Dulcimer Favorites”, regular jams around the facility. Possible balfolk dance in the dining hall.

Potluck Refreshments in the dining hall… bring something festive to share.

1:00-1:20 Recording a video of the Festival Tune with EVERYBODY.

1:30-3:00 pm Final Afternoon class
