Fees & Application
Tuition: A weekend tuition fee of $190 covers all program events including the evening concert, sessions and 8 hours of instruction in classes and workshops.
Partial weekend tuition options are also available.
Saturday Only: $115, Sunday Only: $85 (Includes facility use fee)
Early Bird Discount for Students attending workshops!
Full weekend $170 before 12/15 or Saturday only $105 or Sunday only $75 before 12/15.
Housing Fees: Shared room onsite with meals $250.
Single Room (if available) with meals $390

Please Apply in Advance! Invitations, sending connections and processing applications takes time, please apply early. Meals need to be ordered a minimum of 2 weeks in advance!
We have set the tuition at a level where we think we can meet expenses with our usual turnout. If you find this is a hardship, please contact our office at (304) 263-2531 or by email to inquire about partial tuition scholarships.
Students canceling after December 15 due to unavoidable circumstances may send written documentation of their reason for canceling and request a partial refund. Phone cancellations must be followed by written notice of cancellation. These requests will be considered following the end of the program.
