English Dance Musician's Weekend

All participants must submit a copy of their vaccination card and masking is required at all events unless calling a dance or playing a wind instrument.

Dancer's Registration 

Saturday dance admission is $25 for both afternoon and evening or $15 for the afternoon and  $20 for the evening dance.  Tickets will be available on Brown Paper Tickets starting on March 15.  Pre-registration, proof of vaccination and masking are required.  BROWN PAPER TICKETS

Music Classes: Fees & Application 

A weekend tuition fee of $160 covers all program events including the evening concert, dance, session and 7 hours of instruction in classes and workshops. 

Early Bird Discount for Students attending workshops!

Full weekend $150 before 4/1.

Space is limited to 15 students.  Late Registrants should call or email before registering.

Tuition Scholarship Opportunities

A $100 performance scholarship is available to an advanced student who is willing to come early and perform in a school, hospital or nursing home to expand the reach of the festival.

Housing Scholarship Opportunities

We have a few housing scholarships available in the homes of local residents who are friends of the festival. Scholars work several hours during the festival in the areas of registration, room set up and clean up, concert box office and/or fest store. No classes need be missed.​

Please call or email the festival by April 1 if you are interested in one of these scholarships.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel before April 1, we can refund all but your deposit. After April 15, we keep the entire tuition.

Students canceling after April 15 due to unavoidable circumstances may send written documentation of their reason for canceling and request a partial refund. Phone cancellations must be followed by written notice of cancellation. These requests will be considered following the end of the program.

If our entire program is cancelled due to visa difficulties or other issues, your entire tuition will be refunded.

If we run a program, there will be no refunds available.
